My Passion for Educating
I have and will always forever believe that I can teach anyone to play music. I can always guarantee you will have a better understanding of music after working with me. I first aimed to become a music teacher with a double major in music education and percussion performance but decided after college to pursue my career in Los Angeles due to my desire to work in a recording studio.
From a young age being able to feel song structure, tapping along to the beat of Beatles tunes, and always having to modify every speaker system I ever had to make it sound better, I have always had an innate love for hearing music and audio in its best, most pure form. I love to feel like I am in the room when Miles Davis got his sextet together to record Kind Of Blue or the chaotic energy that was recording Nevermind. Not only have I had a passion for unlocking the code to play to that level of greatness, but I’ve also had as much excitement and drive to be able to re-create that audio experience in the studio.
